Thin walls that easily transmit noise, unpleasant perfume/chemical smell in the room and lobby. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and they get five stars alone for the amazing shower. Would gladly stay here again!

Double queen room was large enough to house my family overnight while traveling. Check in was easy front desk staff was incredibly friendly. The fan in our bathroom wasn't working so he humidity was not being drawn out of the bathroom During a shower. The rooms were clean the linen's clean. We didn't use it, but the pool was open.
Our room was very clean and located conveniently above the dining area. Our breakfast was good and all the staff were so nice. Also this location is next to the highway but was quiet and has 2 caseys within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay! The lay out of our room was great being a double bed...but what made it special was the window being blocked off in a corner not in direct sight of the beds. We enjoyed this because it kept the room darker in the morning when trying to sleep. For reference we were in room 215. I will say that the indoor pool was way to cold for swimming comfortably. This was mid July but it was absolutely freezing. We couldn't get off the steps.
It’s dated but it hits the mark. Clean rooms (if worn-out bathroom door had chunks taken out of the bottom), exterior was dated with textured ceiling and an atrium in the middle. The bar was nice and was the highlight of the stay. The bartended was awesome and very personable. There didn’t appear to be coffee in the morning, I saw one insulated container for hot water and that was it. Might have somehow missed it, but didn’t see any coffee or breakfast when we were heading out. Location is good and hits the mark!
I don't know if there's been a revamp of sorts recently but we're being lodged here courtesy of the OU children's hospital and when I first read the reviews I was not expecting much. Upon arrival I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall vibe of the lobby, restaurant/bar, and our room, I have no clue what all the bad reviews were on about because if needed I wouldn't mind paying full price to stay here. Though it is also very cool they except vouchers from the hospital so we can stay up here free, one less thing to worry about.
We showed up without a reservation and were able to get a reasonable rate. The lady at check in was helpful and got us taken care of. The room was fine - nothing special. The location was very handy to get around to all the sites we wanted to see - no more than like 8-10 min from door to door. The music in the hallway was kinda loud in the late evening and we were right on a main corridor so there was some noise there. Housekeeping made my daughter smile by making the bed with her blanket from home and making a "fan" with the toilet paper. The bathroom was a bit dated, but the shower was hot and the beds were decent. The mini fridge froze my food, but we figured out how to turn it down. Would stay at again if I had reason to be in OKC and didn't want to spend a fortune to be downtown.
